Rustdesk Installation
When we remotely assist our clients, we specifically use the Rustdesk program. Install it by following the steps below.
To make things easier for you (and for us as well!), please stick to these instructions. You don't need to go anywhere else! Everything you need is on this page. Now, relax and jump to step 1.

Click the Download Rustdesk button, this will automatically download the installer for Windows:

Click the downloaded installer. You'll see this at the bottom of your browser window, or you can find it in your Downloads folder.

Double click the file and it will open like this. Select the Install option to run the Rustdesk installer and start the installation process.

Then, you will see the following screen with the Default installation setting. Click on Accept and install. By clicking this, you agree with the Terms of Use of Rustdesk.

Select the YES option in order to allow changes, it is completely safe.

Rustdesk will show the progress of the installation.

Rustdesk is now installed and ready to use. Please take note of your ID and password to be attended to remotely.
