TeamViewer Installation

When we assist our clients in a remote way, we specifically use the TeamViewer 15 program. Therefore, if you have another version, please uninstall what you have. Only then, install TeamViewer 15, following the next steps.

To make things easier for you, (and for us as well!) just stick to these instructions. You don't need to go anywhere else! Everything you need is on this page. Now, relax and jump to step 1.

Click the Download TeamViewer 15 button, this will automatically download the installer for Windows:

Click the downloaded installer. You'll see this at the bottom of your browser window, or you can find it in your Downloads folder.

Select the RUN option to run the TeanViewer installer and start the installation process.

Click the Default installation option and then click on Accept-next. By clicking this you agree with the Terms of Use of TeamViewer.

Select the YES option in order to allow changes, it is completely safe.

TeamViewer will show the progress of the installation.

Click on I want to use the free version for personal use. This indicates that you're using TeamViewer for free home use.

Then Click on Finish.

Click on I accept the EULA and the DPA.

Then click on Continue

TeamViewer is installed and ready to use, take note of your ID and Password to be attended remotely.
